Don't use this company! NO CALL! NO SHOW! They gave us a 4 hour window for delivery and did not bother to show up or call to say they wouldn't be able to make it. Called at 2 pm, toward the end of our delivery window, to get the status of our delivery on Thursday. However, had to leave a message. After receiving no call back by the end of the day, I called first thing Friday morning only to find out the company is closed Friday, 12/23 and will not reopen until Tuesday, 12/27. WHAT???? So not only did someone spend most of their day at home waiting for the delivery, my son is now without the Christmas gift that was promised to be delivered before Christmas.
