Terrible customer service! Every time I have had an issue, they blame something or someone else and refuse to follow through. I initially had trouble with our WiFi, after several calls telling me it was my equipment, how it was our wiring, how we would be charged for a service call, bottom line, they didn't even hook it up. Don't go with Smithville, you are treated the same as a big company. Smithville is a joke.
