This business was suggested by my (geek) brother-in-law, who has used it for years. I now have used it for desk tops and laptops, and always have been pleased with their work. I only gave it 4 stars for promptness is because they are so good and busy, they can't always fix it in a day or two. They will tell you if something is not fixable or worthy to be fixed. Prices are reasonable--$99 to look at it, then extra to fix (if fixable.) They saved my data even after my hard drive crashed, very useful! I wholeheartedly recommend them!
