courteous and informative people...took time to explain everything to me and answered all questions accurately...would recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a used car..left very happy with my loan and car and will be back for my second car purchase!

I was told about this specific car dealership through a very naive person looking to purchase a car for the first time. I was not in the market for a vehicle but one on their lot caught my eye. Once my friend decided on a vehicle we both decided to purchase our respected cars. Before the purchasing process was started , I wanted to see how honest these people were and had an auto-tech repairman (my husband) inspect these vehicles...To an untrained eye, looking under the hood every thing seems to have been in order. However, according to my husband (who has been an auto tech repairman for more than 15 years) one car was involved in a front end collision, and the other leaked engine fluids through several engine hoses,,,"hummp, didn't see that coming! Once the cat was out of the bag, the general manager tried to assure us that they had a car fax (fox) or whatever you want to call this overrated report. According to my husband if accident victims do not report an accident with their vehicle that means NO CAR FAX REPORT> These people pushed the deals through sooo quickly, I was promised negotiations for a lower interest rate and assured by one of the owners, Gabriella, that she would exhaust her findings and get back with me that day. A promise is a promise right? wrong! three days later, I had to initiate the call back conversation...She didn't even try..worst still, I have rust throughout the bottom step bar of my vehicle, it didn't come with a working radio, and then there's that leak! P.S. the car sold for being in excellent condition...rust, leaks, no radio, 119211 milege and a very high interest rate to boot....I've learned a very valuable lesson (I am reminded of the song by the Temptations: "Smiling Faces"). A day later, when I came back in for servicing of this car, the waiting area had many customers waiting to have their vehicles serviced, and one in particular complaining about filling up his tank the day prior to bringing it in for service, and exiting the dealership on empty something sleezy is going on...Drive past this place and save yourself some heartache!

These people are out to sell a car, and sell a car only!..even if it means eating their first born! What a bunch of sleezy liars that are overzellous salesmen...out to make a fast quota sale but are a bunch of salesmen none the less. Truly interested in bringing in commissions only not safety nor YOU...run for the hills..I'm sorry I purchased my vehicle from this place next time, a more reputable dealership! You live and you learn!

Well at first I had a great review about the company but now I take that back. I had brought a vehicle from this company and their after service sucks. I see now that all they wanted to do is just take my money and send me on my way. My car only came with one key, it had no mats or a trunk cover to it. I asked them about it and they said i had to pay for the 2nd key but they would order the trunk piece and mats. Well it took forever and a day to get the mats, i would call no one would return my calls. Also my car only had 15k on it my two tires are shredded like a tiger clawed at it, they tried to tell me that its wear and tear, please im a female but im not stupid, i took it to goodyear and the dealer and they both said it was a cosmetic issue. Well the fiance company called me to ask how my buying experience was and i told the about the missing pieces, they said i was suppose to receive TWO keys and my mats an trunk piece. Once we called again and told the dealer we talk to the fiance company all of a sudden i get the key for free. I just went to get my key, mats and truck piece, an i only left with the mats, they said the key hasnt arrived yet, but claims that i have to pay for the truck piece an claims i knew how much it would be. I will never deal with them again, i rather give the dealer my money. I will make sure i call the fiance company back and file a complaint with BBB, and leave comments on every site they are on warning people about this dealership.
