Rt 40 & 29 Transmission & Auto Repair

My 2005 Expedition transmission gave out as I was going down Rt. 40 in Aug of 2012. I unfortunately had no choice but to use Rt, 40 transmission. Within 3 months my transmission was slipping. Luckily the 2800.00 I paid was protected by a 3 yr or 36000 mile warranty. But Mike, the owner informed me that this problem was with the hoses that were rusted that connected to the transmission and they weren't covered. So I paid an additional 400,00 dollars. At no time was it pointed out when I had the transmission rebuilt that I also needed the hoses replaced. Now, a year and a half after the hose repair but still well within the warranty my transmission is done and needs to be replaced, Mike informs me that because the hoses went bad it voided the initial warranty. If you Have the ability to choose GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Mike is a crook and I hope this saves someone the agony I have gone through. I am in the process of taking this to small claims court to recover my costs for poor workmanship. The one star rating is because I don't want anyone to think I didn't rate them and I can't give any lower.
