I really like the professionalism and the quick service. I was able to schedule an appointment within a week and the staff was very courtesy.

My daughter has been seeing the physician's assistant at Dr. Nguyen's office for several years. We like the physician's assistant a lot but the treatment I received from the receptionist today was terrible. My daughter just saw the PA this summer and since that visit have broken out again. She was on acutane and clear for some time. I asked if I could speak with the doctor or if she could prescribe something over the phone for her since my daughter is away at college. This woman didn't understand me and I could not understand her. She would not take a message or let me speak with the PA. What kind of doctor doesn't take calls from their patients? So now I have made an appointment but I think I may just have her see someone at school. Not sure I want to continue to go to a place that is so rude to their patients
