I used Wilhide's for my daughter's wedding recently and was not happy with the flowers. I flowers arrrived the morning of the wedding are were wilted and the bridemaid's flowers were all different flowers. The bride's bouquet was the smallest bouquet I have every seen. Wildhide's quoted a cost of 250.00 but it was only worth 50.00 The bridemaid's bouquets were to be wrapped in brown silk all the way down to the end of the stems and arrived wrapped in white ribbon. I called the manager and lwft several messages for her to return mt telephone calls. The manager nevered called back and I had to make a follow-up telephone call the day after the wedding to speak to the manager. The manager did not care if the flowers were wilted or if they were not what I paid for in the contract. She replied, " the wedding is over, what do you want me to do?" I at the least expected a telephone call back to find out what the proble was and may next at least an apology.
