Beyond horribleHorrible customer serviceHorrible prices Unaccomodating schedules Clearly have never even heard the word organization even mentioned in passing ...It made me really sad . I was so excited to be able to have a great place to send my children when I saw it in passing ...Now I wish that I would have just kept going to Barnes & Noble and never looked back

The center is unorganized. The director is rude to customers. The changing rooms are dirty.

My name is Joyce Davis. I have been a member of the YMCA for about 4 years of more. I am very grateful to be connected with people of much concern and professionalism. I love to visit whenever time permit. I visit the fitness gym and the water aquatic weekly. There is a very loving, caring, considerate and professional individual that " if it had not been for his consideration and concern for my health as well as others" I would not be able to visit as often as I do. This person not only treats me with loving kindness and respect, he has an attitude about him that would make you want to be Y member for life. and that is what I have made a commitment to be, and will give as many references as I can to keep the YMCA in Ellicott city in operation.
