Would give no stars if possible. We bought a mattress there with a 10 year warranty. After 2 years, it was sagging in the middle and very uncomfortable. Was told they do not deal with mattresses any more, but they would get their mattress supplier to call us. It's been 4 years and after several attempts to get this resolved, no luck. $1000 blown.

Excellent! After arranging for a bed delivery from a Big Box store, 2 weeks in a row, 2 failed attempts, we walked into Beds Etc., realizing that a local company would know how to deliver and did they ever! Ray, the Owner, could not have been more helpful. We bought a beautiful King Log bed and after hearing our dilemma, (our cabin was booked solid for next month and 1/2, so that day was our only opportunity for delivery), he went out of his way to accommodate us and delivered that evening. The bed is absolutely beautiful and reasonably priced. All of his furniture in the store was gorgeous. I highly recommend Beds, etc.
