I don't like to write bad reviews for businesses/people, but the customer service was terrible with these folks! I called at 10:00 a.m. to let them know about my problem. They came by 6 hours later and messed around a did nothing much. They dug to the septic tank and couldn't get the top off. We were told that it would be $300.00 extra for a ditch wich if the top couldn't come off. The plumber went home, and my husband got it off in 10 minutes! They came by the next day to flush our septic tank, but hit our mailbox. When I called the guy to ask him how much it costed, I gave him a chance to tell me the truth. He said nothing about the mailbox! Then I mentioned it to him that my neighbor saw him hit it. He admitted the truth and took $25.00 off the bill. Okay, so I can live with that. I was already mad but wouldn't have written this review until I noticed he left me no copy of the bill on the door like he said he would do on the phone! He just got what he wanted-his check.
