For our new custom cabin, Manuel and his team did an excellent job explaining all our options and working through obstacles. They came straight out to tweak our systems and we couldn't be happier with them.

The lack of customer service is unprecedented ! I have been having problems with this less than 3 year old unit for the last year and still have unresolved issues, even replaced the compressor which they say is not under warranty and it is only six months old. Seems they are more interested in installing units than servicing the ones already installed by them. My power bill is way over 200 for nov. And costing everyday but unfortunately they say sometime next week. Called Thomas heating they are coming this afternoon. And the lady who owns the co. And works the front desk could not answer me when I asked what would she do if the shoe was on the other foot. "Ugh" is not an answer. When I sarcastically said thanks for the excellent customer service she says don't mention it. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this so called company. 1 star for nothing
