Recently, we decided to get rid of the mattress we'd tried to save money on when we built our weekend home in Ellijay, and which had been a pain in the back since the day we purchased it, and buy a firm mattress that better suited our sleeping enjoyment. We happened to notice a new discount mattress store that had sprung up in the Wal-Mart shopping center in Ellijay on our way up from Atlanta one weekend, and decided to drop in and check it out. We were very pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service and expertise that awaited us in the form of a friendly face named Rhonda. She had us at "hello"!

Rhonda Barnes is a mattress expert. Along with her vast knowledge and experience with mattress sales, she is a good listener, and dedicated customer service professional. We were quite taken with the kindness and care that she exhibited in working with us to find the mattress that best suited our needs. Not only did Rhonda help us make the perfect selection, but she went above and beyond in her unwavering attention to detail, such as following up after the deal was closed, the mattress had been delivered, and we'd had a night to sleep on it, so to speak, to inquire if she had been right in her assessment of our needs. In our estimation, this is what differentiates Rhonda's level of customer service from so many other businesses in the world today. What a refreshing surprise...!

Rhonda has a philosophy that she shared with us while we were working with her, which we felt exemplifies the basis of her advocacy for her customers. She said that she faces her customers oftentimes when she shops at the Wal-Mart next door, and that she sees them in other places around town, and that she always wants to know that they are going to be glad to see her. She made light of it, which is her way, but it's obvious that she does indeed take these chance meetings with her customers very seriously. If you meet Rhonda, you will see how genuine and warm she is. I can't say enough about how great it was working with her. And, did I mention that, along with the great customer service I've noted, we got a great mattress at a great price? Priceless...

We just purchased two mattresses and had a wonderful experience plus the mattresses we bought sleep like a dream. The folks there went above and beyond to help us. I am so grateful we found them.
