A great bank for west county folks who want big bank perks with personal service. Any time you stop in, you know you'll see either Birdie or Linda at the teller line.

I have a savings account with them, and am out of state. I need to get a hold of them desperately and am unable to due to their buggy automated phone system. I've also emailed, and have yet to have someone call or return my email. POOR POOR customer service
