The selection is great I would give it 4 stars. I've found lots of great. work clothes and gifts for family and friends. Customer service can be very uneven. There is one very unpleasant,rude,officious middle aged female sales,cashier management person. Avoid her if at all possible.I would give her a zero . For my shopping experience today.0-1 other days.Incredibly bad customer service from her.Otherwise I would have ranked this savers as a 4.5.

I agree with most people in that the store is clean, and it is organized. But some of the worst service. Had a really bad customer service experience last time I went, and not thinking about returning any time soon. I think I'll take my money somewhere that the employees value the customers that keep the lights on for their store.

Everyone loves a deal. But what a fun place! Clean, well-lit and organized. My teenage son and I just ran in to check it out, stayed for two hours, and left with 3 bags of clothes and a DVD. And we supported our veterans in the process.

This is the cleanest resales shop I have ever seen! Clothing is organized by size and color. Shelf items are clean. This place smells clean! Unlike other resale shops that smell like dirty clothes and old socks! Great shopping! And I love supporting veterans!
