Injury recovery massage therapy, through use of highly accurate neuromuscular therapy and myofascial techniques, is individually designed to address and deliver relief from soft tissue pain patterns and hyper-irritable muscle tender points. Stress reduction and energy enhancing massage modalities are also employed to banish fatigue, overexertion and postural stress. Massage tunes us in to the present moment and helps us feel connected with universal energy and life force. Through releasing muscular constrictions and easing the flow of breath, clients naturally benefit from reflexive improvements in their physical state and mental outlooks. Each massage therapy client is naturally unique and, therefore, unpredictable in her response to bodywork. Changes happen only with the client's willing approval.
