These business owners are terrible neighbors. Being a business owner in a small town should mean being part of the community, but these people hate everyone. They own a huge parking lot in downtown Ellsworth, where parking can often be a problem, and have screamed at handicapped people taking up a space in an otherwise empty lot. Don't give them any business, They don't deserve it.

I made an expensive purchase of a product on the assurance from the owner that the product was under warranty. When in fact the product failed, the owner told me that the failure wasn't covered by warranty. Apparently the product's failure to function isn't covered by the warranty, what is covered by the purported warranty I am not sure. Terrible customer service –
