I was quoted a price over the phone but charged a higher price upon completion of a extremely low quality , unprofessional grooming of our 15 year old toy poodle .Within hours of arriving home our little girl began to scratch & lick to the point of removing hair. This has never happened previously all though numerous groomers have been used over the years. Both my daughter & son in law are vets. They have speculated the following: perhaps she was not rinsed properly after her bath : perhaps a low quality or human type shampoo is used :maybe rinse water is polluted from rinsing multiple dogs without changing the water. Or, very likely all of these procedures may be common practice at this house of pet torture. BEWARE
