I used to think Rick was a little harsh. A lot of us miss you Rick and now drive all the way to Bangor to buy our supplies. With that being said, that's says quite a bit The new owners of the business are not that polite and fairly cocky . I should make a correction on that,The one gentleman was very friendly and approachable the other one of the owners completely ruined the whole atmosphere of the shop for me. If you know something he knows it twice as good. There prices are absolutely astronomical. They charge the same price for 1 LT I normally pay for both liters of a two-part nutrient . Hey guys I have access to eBay to lol. Bottom line is it doesn't really seem like they care if their business succeeds or not. It's really too bad if you want to have a business in this area you need to be friendly to people in general and that doesn't apply to just this area, anywhere in the world if you want repeat customers treat them how you would like to be treated . And open yourself up to some knowledge, just because you've been doing whatever you have in Rhode Island doesn't mean you know everything in the world . This isn't just one person speaking either, I'm speaking on the behalf of at least 30 people that drive to Bangor to buy their nutrients now . And if you think about it, that is a lot of people for as small of an area as this is .
