I cannot tell you how grateful I am for OPS. We had construction done on our place and upon arrival of "completion", we found we had an emergency. NO ONE wanted to even take on new business. Jeff had TJ out almost immediately. TJ was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Since then we have used him a few times and they have been MARVELOUS. I even recommended them to our contractor who clearly needed a new gas man. Cannot say enough good things! Grateful!

Both Jeff and TJ are very professional and experts at their line of work. They have done a couple of installations for us and have been here when promised and have gone over and above. I price shopped before using their service and I literally saved hundreds on the new propane line I recently had installed. Other locals and bigger companies quoted twice the price.

I suspect that the last time I asked them to service my furnace that nothing was done. There was no sign that they had been here ... no one returns furniture exactly. Yet I was billed. I had agreed the he could come while I was at work. This time I stayed home unexpectedly and when he never showed up I called. (3 hours after service was expected.) He stuttered that he couldn't send someone even though the appointment had been scheduled far in advance. I can not recommend Orion.
