Years ago, I had my.bottom teeth removed at this denture place. I needed a denture for the lower jaw. I was given an injection but not anesthetic to make me drowsy. This was not made clear to me prior to the procedure.
It was a terrible experience. Both painful and traumatizing. I could hear my teeth cracking as they were pulled out. The dentist was rude as well.I never felt comfortable with that place afterwards.

I came here for a partial, 6 teeth. After several visits for measurements and prep I finally got the partial. It needed initial adjustments and then I was told to wear it a while to test it out thoroughly, which I did. I cannot eat with it in, as it 'rocks' in my mouth and hurts. I went in again for adjustments and was told that since one of the teeth it attaches to is slightly crooked it will always move or 'rock'. This makes it useless for me. He did several examinatons before making the partial, so he had to see the crooked tooth. Says "nothing he can do" to make it not hurt--but he was able to keep the $800.00 for my very expensive, ugly paperweight. Completely uncooperative and uncaring once he was paid. DO NOT recommend!!!

After receiving you care don't count on followups or quality repair on their work. Repairs under warranty not honered resulting in addition cost. Work performed not of top quality and breakage occurs. Don't expect a call back after hours in an emergency even though answering operator days they will. Recommend shopping around before commiting any work to be performed. I am very unsatisfied on their quality of work and any follow up you made need. Better shop around.
