At their store in EA/ELMA,
I looked at jewelry. I carried it around with me, b/c I couldn't decide which would be best. Almost the entire time I was there, a female employee followed me around, staying 2 feet away from me AT ALL TIMES. It made me so uncomfortable.
I'm a slow shopper, (I'm disabled.)
Anyway, I was ready to walk out, but still wanted to make a purchase. I put back the jewelry, and went to use the restroom, b/c I was feeling sick to stomach- caused by the employee (anxiety.) 3 officers came up to me & took me outside. The employee who stalked me told them I was suspicious & used the restroom too long. She also dug through the garbage looking for something to accuse me of? I was subjectedited to a search & background check- all came out fine. Called the store after I left & they denied everything, saying that was their way of providing excellent customer service. Not even an apology. Idk of any store whon would go out of their way to humiliatend a customer.
