We were extremely pleased with the quality of work done by this company on 9/1/09. In less than 4 hours Mike Dugan and his crew of four removed two trees, trimmed and topped a 30-foot-long, 15-foot high hedge and pruned and removed many branches from five 40-foot-high trees, all without damaging numerous shrubs and berry bushes beneath. Also removed were several tree stumps and their accompanying roots.

The largest of these was a 4-foot-high stump of a former beech tree, which was more than 30 inches in diameter at its base and had huge above-ground roots extending about 4 feet from the center. All were finely ground to below surface level. The courtesy, professionalism and perfectionism exhibited by the crew were especially appreciated, along with the meticulous cleanup of all debris. The agreed-upon work -- and then some -- was accomplished within the initial reasonable estimate. We plan on having more work done by this company in the future. L. Muehlbauer, Elma, New York
