Was our family doctor last year we called to try and get our 5 year old in. She had a fever for a week and the day we called it spiked to over 104 and we couldn't get it down. We called for an appointment and they told us nothing available for two days. I explained how sick she was and they told me there was nothing they could do take her to the ER. Which we did she needed antibiotics, which she got. The problem was we had to wait with many other sick people in the ER plus clogged up the ER with something that clearly should have been handled by our family doctor. It also ended costing us 1000.00 based on our insurance. This year our doctor was out of town and I called again hoping maybe things have changed and were told nothing that day or the next. Our daughter had already been sick for three weeks and been through a regiment of antibiotics. I don't know what other people are use to but I've never had to wait to see a doctor when we're sick. By the time you call a doctor you've already been sick for a period of time as it is. Any other office I've dealt with finds a way to squeeze you in. I ended up calling another office in the area and they of course fit us in right away, Dr. Deleonardis. He and his office were wonderful and she has the medication she needs. Believe me don't waste your time go somewhere else...
