Like the review below, I too was mislead about the prices. I had never been there before and they told me the price for a no chip manicure and when I asked about French, all the woman said was yes. I had to go out to my car to get more money because I wasn't informed about the extreme price jump and because of it, I didn't have enough money to tip. Also, the no chip chipped 2 or 3 days later.

It may be clean and modern but...

It may be clean and modern but they are more expensive than average around the area. I also do not like the customer service you get. And when I went today I was not the only one dissatisfied. A mother came in very unhappy because she dropped her daughter and friends off to get manicures before back to school, they suggested a gel manicure and being 13 years old the girl said ya sure ( not knowing the price jumps up 25 dollars ). When it was time to pay, the girl had her own money and only had enough for the regular thinking it is the same price because no one said otherwise. They really shouldn't sneak little girls into something without letting them know ahead of time that it is more money.



On to my problem with them: They missed a whole section of my toe, they do not know how to paint nails especially the man who works in there. Also before they even finish they hassle you to pay right then and there. I was paying for my sister and I and I was finished first so as soon as a I sat down the owner (male) came up to me and asked for the money and I said I Will pay when we are both done. Now I work at a salon, we do not force our customers to pay right when they get out of the chair. If they are waiting for someone or just want to sit at the spa for a little we wait to collect when they are leaving. Like a regular place should. They should not rush you out the door like that. Obviously I'm going to pay so do not hassle me while I'm trying to dry my toes and read a magazine. I mean rushing me off after paying such high prices is rude!



Then before I left the owner lady said, did you tip? i said yes and shes telling me I didn't, which was first of all incorrect and second of all none of her business. Then she starts talking to my nail tech across the room in a packed salon to find out. Which is also so unprofessional! And RUDE to embarrass me like that when I did already.
