We recently had a problem with a lost article and were treated very unprofessionally by the manager. The rude and nasty personality made for a very unpleasant situation.

We asked for help with finding a piece of jewelry with sentimental value and Amanda, the manger, was less than

helpful but less nice. I would like to get in touch with the owner of the salon so maybe this problem can have some

closure.

I had a man take his camera phone and try to take a video/pic of me over the short walls! The worker was "protecting the company," she didnt want to call the cops. So, the man got away with it, and we went to court for it!I would think they would have given me a free month or free lotion, but they didnt care! I got nothing!*Just watch the place they have many weird men coming into the place! The walls are short enough were someone can jump on the chair and look over or look through the one inch crack on the floor!!
