DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MARC!

I'm new to NY, and Marc totally took advantage of that. He charged me $2,500 and racked up a high refund to convince me it was worth it. He created false exemptions, expenses, deductions and credits, leading to an audit. Marc now won't answer any emails or calls. I'll have to pay my taxes back, and Marc keeps the $2,500. In hindsight, this was certainly well-planned from the start. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.
