They are shady fast-talking ghetto used car dealers. I bought an Infiniti G37 from them over a year ago, had a bad experience across literally every aspect of the deal - they talked to me like crap at first, made all kinds of misrepresentations and never made good on fixing all kinds of things on the car aesthetically before delivery. They talked me into taking the car and coming back to get the things that they committed to, only for them to hold the car for over a week and do nothing. Then when I showed up to pick it up they had some idiot in the back throw touch up paint on the fender in the dark. It was truly insulting and pathetic. Even so, I took the car. I recently traded that car into another dealer only to find out that some bank I never heard of claims there is an unpaid lien on the vehicle. I let these people at Queens Auto Sales handle the financing and I went home thinking that I financed through M&T Bank and paid them all year. FRAUD. Do not buy here.

I went to go look for a nice and affordable bmw that i really wanted and mr Bah was extremely helpfull. He understood that i was a college student and that i couldnt put any down payment and he still worked with my budget and got me my car that i dreamed of. Everyone that works here is extremely helpfull. They are very kind, very offering, and generous. If you are looking for beautiful and non expensive cars go to Queens Auto sales in elmhurst ny!!!!!!!! I promise you wont regret it.

Overall a good experience. My first car purchase. The finance manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. The saleswoman was new and didn't know the entire process, but helped as best as she could.

They have a great Car selection. The sales people here are nice and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I will buy from here again in the future.

I bought a car in January 17. They told me they changed the battery so that I had to drive the car before computer reset and I can get inspection. By the time I did inspection 30 day warranty was over and car started overheating. To make a long story short, they sold me a car with a blown head gasket. I had to changed engine after trying to fix what was thought to be a cooling issues. I put a complaint at bbb they responded I should contact them.. I tried to contact them but they laugh in my face. So I called them back and told them they are being recorded. Now they want me to meet with the sales person. Don't think is the right way to handle customer. Dishonest at best borderline crooks certainly. I put 1 star as it is the minimum I can to post. Deserve 0 in my book.

I recently purchased a used 2011 BMW X5 at queens auto sales. It was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I am from Florida, and they made the out of state purchase as easy as could be. I was able to complete the transaction in one day and drive home in my beautiful S.U.V the same day. Thanks for the great service it was worth the drive
