There's no reason to buy from a well known company- maybe there's no advantage to that. Maybe online shopping and doing your OWN research and building your OWN knowledge is much more beneficial than relying on a commission based salesman to tell you what you need to know. And maybe there's no reason at all to support a reputable company when you can probably get treated and educated much better at a small store that's just trying to get by. It's a shame but I think Raymour and Flannigan is so confident in their sales that they have totally forgotten that the only reason they make their money is because of hard working people like us who, on top of getting exactly what they asked for, deserve quality customer care and appreciation. Not a representative who won't give her name, a salesman who stacks his customers and doesn't concentrate on each person individually, or a customer service team who refuse to help or guide me in the direction of someone who can.

STAY AWAY NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!
