Harry exactly! Until now we haven't gotten our sofa. We keep calling to follow up and nobody really answers. Just mailbox. And when we do get to talk to him, he keeps giving us excuses and promises to call and deliver, but NONE has materialized. Totally fake! Regretted ever coming to this place. Save yourself the stress and frustration, DO NOT go here!
