I've been going to this salon for almost 2 yrs now. I go every 2-3 months to get a wash and set followed by a blow dry. I have thick hair and they do a good job with getting my hair sleek straight yet bouncy. October 2014 I went to the salon for the usual. Marcia(one of the hairdressers) recommended that I trim my ends bc they were thin but I asked her to cut it into a bob instead. She did a fabulous job and my hair grew back within 3 months. Fast forward may 2015 I go to the salon with the intention of cutting my hair into a bob again. I walk in and Marcia washes my hair right away. After my hair dries, Marcia and I discuss how I want it cut. Long story short the chubby hairdresser with the short short hair ends up cutting my hair she didn't even know what a Bob was. She cut my hair that grew Back too short my hair went from passed my shoulders to my chin when I clearly said I want a bob cut but please keep it long. And when I got home I realized it was uneven :( never again is she touching my hair. I recommend Ana and Marcia. Marcia especially for hair trims and cutting. I gave this salon 3 stars bc of that horrible recent experience but the place is cute. 3/4 of the hairdressers are good except for the chubby short lady with the short brown hair. I never have to wait no longer than 3 minutes before they start washing my hair.
