On June 13 went to the elmont location sat for 25. Minutes no waiter approached us and not even water was given to us . I noticed that the lady opposite my table also asked for a manger then cancelled her order and walked out and I also walked out after 25 minutes of no one greeting or asking us if we wanted as much as water

One star rating only due to its accessibility. The service was fair but the food was horrible. Ordered a steak with mashed potatoes. The potatoes were stale and had a grey appearance as if it was left over by a dinner guest from the previous day. The yellow rice was COLD and appeared as if it was sitting at the bottom of a pot in the corner of the room, and they decided to serve it to me before washing the pot. After complaining about the food the replaced the rice with vegetables then i was approached twice by some very masculine female manager who kept walking back and forth and asked " are you now satisfied with your meal"? I felt that if i did not answer in the affirmative, I would have been flogged and thrown from the establishment. I am a hard working, tax paying Elmont resident.....and. I expect and demand quality service and decent food when my money is being spent......if these demands are not met i Will definitely let the world know through this medium that going to this establishment would only leave you hungry and frustrated.
