I have to admit I talked my wife into using this company because I saw their signs on other fences. I wish that I had spoke to the other homeowners, because they would tell me what I'm telling you. DON'T USE LIBERTY FENCE!!!

We paid more, expected more, and got LESS. Much much less. We ordered a basic fence, nothing fancy. we were told it would be 3 weeks. It took 7 weeks!!

We were told they would be here at 9, the SUBCONTRACTOR WITH DAY LABORERS showed up after 12pm. Then proceeded to eat lunch. On our manicured lawn! I called to mention this to the company, and got an attitude. I took the day off from work for what reason??? It just seems like at the company, from sales person to office to installer, there's no communication. Finally, somewhere around 130pm, and totally aggravated by the company and my wife, they got to work. They took down the old fence, damaged my bushes, then somehow managed to destroy my mother's family heirloom roses :( We couldn't believe it.

The fence went up and i called the company to get compensated in some way for what happened, but they wouldn't help at all. They kept repeating that its in the contract that they are not responsible. That's pretty obvious in retrospect! In the contract doesn't replace family memories. So we went back and forth for 3 hours. The owner of the company wouldn't get on the phone. But the office staff didnt manage to tell us, get this, that even though we made a deal to pay by credit card, we had to pay the balance in cash otherwise they were not going to install our gates (which we found out would be in 7 days, we have 2 dogs!!!) because of the issues that went on at our house. These things were there fault and we had to pay the price?? Not to mention the poor job by their installers, lack of communication and a salesperson no where to be found after taking our money and an absentee owner. 10 days later, our gates went up. Then one of them broke 2 months later nd the company wanted almost $300 to fix. what happened to our warranty?

Do yourself a favor. read reviews at all sources (beware of too many positive reviews in quick timeframe!), research and knock on doors to get the truth. I wish there were zero stars.

Anyone you speak with at this company is a Liar. I called my salesperson, Don (complete flake) a number of times after we signed our contract in May... still waiting for his phone call... tried to cancel, they told me I can't and won't give back my $1000 deposit. Filed a complaint with the BBB. Do NOT use or trust this company!!

we contacted Liberty Fence a couple of weeks ago for an estimate for our home in Franklin Square. Our salesperson John was very helpful and pointed out many things to us that other salespeople didn't even notice. He showed us the best styles for our home and went over every detail of how the job would be installed. After leaving a deposit and signing paperwork with John, we received a phone call 2 days later for our installation date. The installers showed up on time, took down our old fence and put up the new fence neatly and efficiently. As promised, our custom built gate arrived a few days later and it works great. All around, a professional job from people who know what they are doing. well done. Thanks Liberty.
