I was very pleased with my purchase of this platform bed.

The book shelves look beautiful. I also thought I should let you know that the two Men you sent to set them up were excellent. They did a great job and you could tell that they cared and take their job seriously. Please tell whoever their boss is that I was very happy.

We had an awesome experience here. We had looked everywhere for affordable furniture - and were looking for very specific pieces that were odd measurements. Couldn't find the right thing anywhere. We walked in here one day and we helped by Ricardo - literally the best customer service experience I have ever had. This man is extremely kind, and lets you browse by yourself but is very knowledgeable about the stock and products, and will help you pick things out smoothly. We bought two pieces - a dresser and a cabinet for the living room - and both together came out to just under $600 unfinished. We chose unfinished because we were on a tight budget, and their basic finishes add about $100/piece. However, after we made the purchase, we changed our minds a week later and went back to the store and asked to have them finished. No problem! Everything came on the day we were told and was delivered quickly and professionally and looks incredible.

This bed is made by Gothic Furniture out of New York and to ship it from NY to AZ it would have cost us $200. Wayfair's overall cost to us was less than purchasing the product directly from the manufacturer. This bed is beautifully made and comes in 3 parts: the base, 1/2 top platform, and 1/2 bottom platform - making it the simplest bed I have ever put together. This is truly a quality product that you just do not see in our disposable society today. EXCEPTIONAL! Bought this bed for my daughter and I love it!!!! It is very sturdy, true to color, only needed top mattress. I would buy again!!! Pros: great value for the price

This bed is such good quality! It's sturdy and very supportive. I've been sleeping so much better since I got this bed. My only problem with it was when it came it had no instructions or hard ware. It's very simple to put together but you do need your own screws.

Ordered a custom designed wall unit, and it is as nice as envisioned. Had help from them with the design, and they really did know what they were talking about.

Had a very good experience working with them. The quality of the furniture I received was very good and the service was excellent. We had a mix up with one of the pieces and they took care of it immediately with no hassle.

I was looking for some furniture that I didn't have to assemble myself, and I felt like Gothic would be one step above Ikea. I spent a fair amount of time looking at their catalog and website before going to the store so I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for before I even stepped in the door. I came to this location on a weekend and there was a helpful woman (Greek?) who answered all my questions and let me take my time looking through the whole store. She was patient and knowledgeable and even helped me custom-design one piece. Delivery was not a problem. I am satisfied with the look and quality of the furniture I bought (a partial bedroom set).

I've bought many pieces here and have one CD storage unit made to my design. They offer good products made of real wood in a world where plastic is all the rage. I recommend them!

If youre in the market for furniture, and tired of the build it yourself sweedish stuff, then I would highly recommend this outfit. The prices are very reasonable with product thats well built--and built to last. Although the showroom is a bit messy and cramped, you can find yourself the piece of your dreams, with a sales staff that is friendly and helpful. check them out when you're in the market for furniture.

The cabinets arrived as expected, when expected. The quality was good - the finish was darker than depicted on the website. But the construction was solid, and overall I'm happy with them.

I picked out an item online. It arrived when promised and it's a beautiful piece, just as I expected. And you could never beat their price for something with the same quality in craftsmanship.

LOVE THIS STORE! i bought furniture for my verrrrrry small apartment. they have great storage ideas eg. the 12 drawer storage bed i bought. i also loved the fact that i got to choose what color stain i wanted on my bed. everything came out gorgeous. LOVES IT.

I have dealt with Gothic many times and I have always been very satisfied. Their furniture is great sturdy wood. You pick your style then pick the finish. Each piece is made to order. Once they sent me the wrong finish and they took it back without complaint and exchanged it.
