My "non-smoking" room smells like cigarettes and as soon as you step out of the elevator you get the smell of smoke in your face.

The sink drain doesn't open. We called the front desk to switch rooms and they said we had to wait until the morning. I've got 2 kids with me. The hotel staff is not accommodating at all. Not even willing to help.

And there's no wifi??? What kind of place is this? I wanted to stay at the comfort inn that's two minutes down and they were full which is why I got the room here.

I am never staying here again or recommending it to anyone.

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. My first choice in the area.

Great people very pleasant. Also the best service I have ever had. A+ all the way
