My step daughter stopped by Sat afternoon. Estimate for rear window was 180, glass would be in on Mon morn. I called at 8 mon to if glass was in and to set a time. He said it was in, Imcould come any time after 9. I told him I would be in at 930. I got there, they had another car in front of me, told me 2 hours. I had to walk 3 miles home, can't leave my mom that long. I get back, car is on the street, glass on the rear seat. I tell the mgr, he doesn't believe me, sends his guy to see. He takes it back in to vac. Mgr wants money, I tell him I want to look at the car and see it. He acts all mad, takes me in the back, he is screaming at his guy to get me the hell out of there, in Spanish, which I speak. I find more glass, he is screaming it is too hard to get no he won't clean anymore. Then he tells me the price is 195 plus tax. My stepdaughter is Mexican, I am a big white guy. I tell him about the price quoted, he sticks the paper in my face and screams that the price is 195 +15 tax. I pay and go. Never going back.

They don't honor the window tint warranty. I had a tint peeling and they said it was my fault? Wtf really.

Been using this place for 6 years. Got several new windshields and 2 windows tints done here.

On Oct 17th i purchased a new windshield here for $155 dollars. After 7 days it cracked on the corner. Never hit any rocks. There should be no reason for this to happen so suddenly. My receipt said 60 DAY WARRANTY ON PARTS, 90 DAYS ON LABOR. so i went back well than 2 weeks after they installed my new windshield and asked for them to honor their warranty. They say they are not at fault and are not responsible. Any reputable business has to honor their warranty and parts. Will never use this place again and will no longer recommend to my friends.

Do not use this company if you want bubbles in your tints and them not honor their warranty. They will tell you "no job is going to be perfect. We are not replacing them" and close the garage door on you. $195 thrown out because I need to replace 6 out of 7 windows now.

Called them at 8:15 myt car was done by 8:45. 145 dollars for a side passenger window.
