A family member suggested this dry cleaner, as it was quick, conveniently located and cheap. Being new to this area, I listened against my better judgement. I dropped off the clothes midweek, and was told they would be ready by Saturday. I told the employee, Jaimee, that I would be there on Tuesday as I would be busy until then. He told me my dresses would be ready then.



Come Tuesday, the dresses were no where to be found. He claimed the dresses were sent out to be cleaned elsewhere, and proceeded to call those areas, and drivers to look for it. After waiting for a half an hour, no avail, he took my number down and told me he would call later that day when they were located. He assumed they were just misplaced.



I never received a call back, so I called the next day, and the next day, and then his manager, who told me they had no idea where my dresses were and that it was not her responsibility to know where they went. I can't reach anyone who is willing to help me find them, or who is willing to explain to me what might have happened to them.



This is absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional. The manager, Edya was terribly rude to me, and was angered that I would even bother her to ask about the missing items.



I have not been reimbursed for my clothing articles ($80-100 worth), or the processing fee.



Save yourself the hassle, and the loss; go some place where they won't steal your clothing.
