They have a new veterinarian he is very personable and professional. But can't give 5 stars there is an employee there that's very condescending and bossy rude!

If I could negative stars I would we took our dog here that had a broken toenail they over charged us for services they did not perform. They said they were going to remove her nail and cauterize the toe to stop the bleeding they did nothing of the sort. They didn't even give her anything for anesthesia or numb her foot before forcefully ripping her toenail out, she yelped so loud during the procedure I had to hold my husband back as he wanted to wring the vets neck. Then they were supposed to cauterize her toe they did nothing of the sort they left her to bleed all over the place and didn't apply stop bleed or any bandages until we demanded them to. That night because of the shock of the abuse our dog endured she stopped breathing and we had to perform CPR. She wasn't given anything for her pain, she continued to bleed like this for over a month until her foot was so badly infected it began to rot, and a month shy of her appointment date she passed away. Stay away from Dr. Death.

UNDER NEW ownership. Dr. Kaleka is well versed and compassionate. Office hours are great. He listens to his patient owners and understands the needs and care of animals. His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We will be going back again.

Got no complaints from me.I took my dog in for a leg injury the doc.gave him a good going over.And since I am disabled and on a limited income they were very helpful in working to keep the expense of the visit and treatment affordable.The staff that I met during this visit were both friendly and helpful.

Doc, Wiley is always there when you need him for your pet. very helpful staff also,friendly and curious. willing to help you with anything that comes up. I have gone to other vets and they don't show the care that the mauston vet show. Thank You for being there when we need you!!!

These people are horrible. . We took our cat here because she wasn't breathing. The vet walks in without doing any tests said she had asthma and the gave her a shot kept her over night, we took here home the next day she managed to stay alive though the night and we did what we were told to do, but she pasted away in the morning. We went and took the shots back and told them she passed away.. the one nurse turn to us and said she figured she would because she wasn't breathing.....

The most personable/ compassionate vet I have ever had! Absolutely love everybody there ! Thank you all for being so kind! Highly recommend them! Great people that genuinely care about your pet and you !
