1. Is Honest
2. Is a good communicator.
3. Shows up when they say they are going to.
4. Keeps the project area tidy and as clean as possible.
5. Makes excellent suggestions.
6. Doesn't cut corners.
7. Gives accurate estimates and clearly communicates any variances that might come up to allow for additional discussion and decision making.

We had Hansen’s build our dream home and he delivered with five stars. Tony was fair, honest, accountable, understanding change orders without upcharging us, let us be involved with Decisions. He has a reliable crew and knows many other great subcontractors that we also used. We have Recommended him to many of our friends. We not only built our home, we built a great friendship as well. Tony has the ability to frame like no other framer in the area. He has an eye for details and was great with suggestions. We would strongly reccomend him to anyone that is serious about having the best built home here in central Utah.

We had Hansen Contracting finish our basement. Tony was always great to answer our calls and meet with us whenever we needed him to. He did great work and gave us great advice when we were making decisions. Tony had a good relationship with the subcontractors, which made it easier to get them to do the work at a time when they were all very busy. It was a very pleasant experience to work with Tony and we recommend him highly.

Tony did a fabulous job! Had great ideas, cared about my opinion and produced a beautiful project. He went above and beyond what I expected. I would not hesitate to have him do any work for me and would definitely recommend him.

They robbed my dad of $50,000 dollars because they don't pay their end of the material bill. I would be very hesitant using these guys. They are not that good and will steal your money
