I called arlinghaus because my air conditioner wasn't keeping up with the heat. The unit was installed in November of 2017. Because it was so cold out the freon charge did the AC unit was a little bit off. I talked to Beth a darling house and she very kindly told me that she would get it scheduled to be repaired. Tyler Clark called me and asked me what would be a good time. I told him anytime would be fine. After Tyler's work day was finished he still came to my house and charge the freon with the correct amount and double-checked other things in the furnace to make sure they were still in good working order. Tyler has been to my house on several occasions including the original installation last year and has always been the consummate professional. He is kind, knowledgeable, patient with questions, and takes pride in doing a job that meets or exceeds customer expectations. I would highly recommend Tyler and arlinghaus for any HVAC work.

Arlinghaus is one of the best heating & ac companies in N. KY. Honest & trustworthy. Don described and informed me of the results of everything he did. Suggested adding a hard-start to prolong the life of my unit and had a $40 off coupon to help in the cost. No high pressure sales at all. This $40 off helped me keep me within my budget and was a real incentive to move forward on this. I have been a customer of Arlinghaus for many years and wouldn't have anyone else work on my heat pump & furnace.

Talked with Ryan Houlehan on October 16th and asked why the 83 dollar water panel filter was not included in our first year of service,which was thrown in reluctantly when we purchased the unit.from Arlinghaus.
He justified by yelling at me that if there was a water leak they would have to come back and fix the leak.The man was extremely disrespectful ,poor customer,felt like he was trying to bully me and talk down to me.Finally had to hang up on him as the conversation became a shouting match.Good luck getting any problems resolved with this guy if you disagree with him.

After my Air conditioner stopped working I called Arlinghaus Heating and Air. I am new to the area and after searching on Google I found this company. The reviews were outstanding and after speaking with the office I was even more impressed with the company. The technician they sent out was very educated and fixed my issues very quickly. I'm so glad I called Arlinghaus Heating and air, I will definitely be using them for all my future HVAC needs.

Arrived on time! Fast! Friendly and fixed the AC the same day! My technician was very thorough and even noticed an issue with my furnace that he fixed too. I didn't even know , and had to call again in a month!

Got 2nd opinion after they recommended a new system. Arlinghaus very dishonest I found out. Would not let into my home.

I understand nowadays reviews are screened/deleted by owners/their family. Before deletion maybe this help someone out. Noticed they were at neighbor’s house so called. Guy was nice, got red flag right away when he started talking replacement. Did diagnostic service and found nothing for repair. Still got charged of course. Got bad feeling if my wife was here they would have pushed her into a new system. Everybody wants your money... this company a little more obvious at it. Would not recommend them stepping into your home. Be very careful whom you let into your house.

I've referred out Ryan with Arlinghaus to at least a half dozen friends, family and customers of mine. They're as honest an HVAC company as you can find and I can't speak highly enough of them. If you've ever had issues with another company, you need to give them a try. I'll be using them exclusively for many years to come. Thank you!

Nobody does heating and air like these guys! Great customer service and always there when you need them.

I was charged $89 as listed for the call. Within 5 minutes I was told I would need a $220 dollar part. The problem seemed somewhat serious given the price of the part. Upon seeing the part I was not impressed. A capacitor that couldn't have cost more than $50. Within 20 minutes of the man arriving I had an air conditioner that worked, and a $300 bill. Unfortunately I make an honest living and have to work the better half of a week to make this kind of money, couldn't help but feel I had been had for the 20 minutes of work and the marked up part.

Arlinghaus is a very knowledgeable group of professionals that provide superior work at a reasonable price. I chose Arlinghaus after interviewing four other contractors and I have nothing but praise for this company. I also received a substantial savings on my utility bill. Excellent work guys, thanks again.

Arlinghaus has been a great company to deal with from the girl answering the phone, to Mike who sold me my new system to Ben who installed to Heather who called to make sure everthing went as sold. Great job and I would highly recommend to my best freind.

This company is terrible. I have been running on emergency heat for months. Now I have no heat and they will not come out to help me and my two small children. I bought this system a year and a half ago. I would give them below one star
