La administracion de estras trailas son de lo peor cada sierto tiempo cambia de administracion,las personas q escojen para trabajar en la oficina siempre terminan robandole el dinero a los residentes y si usted no tiene los recibos lo obligan a pagar el dinero otra vez no tienen ni numero de telefono o un email para tu poder quejarte o opinar sobre las situaciones del parque si le pides en la oficina que te brinden alguna forma de tu comunicarte o quejarte con los dueños te dicen q ellos no tienen numeros de cell o telefono y mucho menos email q ello vienen al parque cada 3 meses que pantalones en 3 tres meses le pueden robar a las personas fui el dia de ayer a pagar la renta q se supone que era 13 junio 2014 osea que tenia que pagar la renta regular mas el recargo de $50.00 dolares por la tardanza y no me los aceptaron por que cambio todo osea que ya no es hasta el dia 15 que tengo que pagar gastos de corte tambien esto aqui es un abuso es mejor vivir en apartamentos y estoy pensando en moverme a otro parque no le recomiendo a nadie que viva aqui es de lo peor....

This mobile home park is just terrible, for starters the owners live out in Denver but let two morons run the park, they discriminate against people with disabilities and antagonize them, the trailers up there look a mess, you can never get ahold of the park managers (morons mentioned above) in the office, the two best park managers both lost their jobs one quit one was fired, the homes are priced for more than they are worth, the park is decliningt slowly but surely and more and more people are moving out of it because of the new park managers. It's the worst park in the Kenton area and nobody wants to live there.
