I hate Redbox with a passion because it killed the fun of going inside an actual place of business and searching for movies as a family. Family Video keeps a treasured childhood memory going for another generation as the last place of it's kind. It is also nice that the staff is friendly and the place is just inviting AND inexpensive. My family truly loves going to this place and we have some great memories associated with it. Thanks for making my toddler's stormy Halloween a salvageable night!
