The company techs arrived within 30 minutes of call and were professional, polite, very courteous and thoughtful as they did the job of tearing apart both of my bathrooms, naturally a stressful and unexpected mess. I greatly appreciate their thorough explanation of the process and the expedient manner in which they [performed their job. Would trust leaving both men in my home in my absence! Would absolutely recommend Royal Water Damage.

Was pleased with their service from start to finish. Royal did an excellent job for me. Called before they came for an estimate, gave me the estimate, called me afterward to see it went, did the work, explained everything, then called me back again. Every step of the way they were professional. Having water damage is a huge pain, but they help make dealing with it much easier. I saw reviews on other nearby companies, and decided to go with Royal. Was very glad I did.

I was extremely satisfied with Royal Water Damage Restoration. They helped me after I had an issue with a frozen pipe. They worked on moisture decontamination and mold removal. They also replaced damaged flooring and walls. Their staff was phenomenal, and I thank them for the service they provided. They were willing to go above and beyond for me. I called them and let them know about my situation and they were immediately on the job. They were compassionate and I felt they truly cared about my situation. The foreman was an excellent asset to the company. He had a great attention to detail. He was extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything throughout the process. He was very dedicated to his craft, and made me feel comfortable with the service. I would highly recommend them.

I called on a Sunday, explained there is a foot of water in basement, JUST needed it pumped out. Just bought the house, water coming in through windows, dumpster coming on Friday and basement is getting gutted. Monday a service man called.... "do you have insurance?". He said he can't just pump the water out, they need to take the bottom of wet drywall out so mold doesn't grow. I stated several times- it's being done at end of week-basements getting gutted and dumpster is rented. reply "you can't leave wet drywall because you'll get mold". (DUH!) I seriously don't think he understood English. Heavy accent. My complaint is- why didn't the girl who answered the phone on Sunday tell me "we can't just pump the water out of the basement, we need to gut it". She said, "ok, he'll give you a quote for it (pumping water out). Probably a subcontractor, or call center. I just wasted 24 hours, could've called someone else., Tired of "upselling" companies. Just pump the water out... period.

Royal technician's gentlemen who came to my home to work on my basement, which had water damage due to a blocked toilet spewing sewage all over my carpeted powder room and basement floor, were kind, courteous, exceptionally professional men.They made me feel at ease. My nerves calmed down as they explained all they were going to do. They brought bags and bags o soaking rugs and wet boxes up from the basement and out the back door to their trucks. The 5 large fans they put out on the floor for 3 days dried it out completely with no more odor and knowing there would be no mold growing. Their office called every day to make sure all was going well and even after these men left my home. I would call them again and certainly recommend to everyone who is having a problem.These technicians were well trained men. I thank them so very, very much. This company did a great job. Hope I never have to call them again. Haha. But I will if I have to. Job well done. Thank you men.
