Provided by YP.comCVS just finished a new drug store in Elwood and closed one. The service at the new store for prescriptions is terrible . I gave them two prescriptions last night, 11-16-09 at 7:00 PM and told them I would pick them up tomorrow morning. I arrived at 10:00 AM this morning 11-17-09 and they still were not filled. Something is wrong with the system!
They just called me at 11:25 this morning and said that they were ready to be picked up.
What is the problem? Not enough help or poor organization. There was'nt anyone on the cash register for the first 15 minutes I was there. Long waits are the norm now every time.
