1. Rude cashiers
2. Won't accept change for items you are buying unless it is rolled. "They are NOT a bank" Well, I thought it was a store?? Excuse me, guess I was wrong.
3. Too busy talking to other employees to wait on customers in a hurry to get in and out--as a convenience store should allow customers to do.
4. On phone or answering phone for personal calls while waiting on a line of customers.
5. Very slow and do not know how to do their jobs right.
6. Sticks nose up in the air over what customers buy as if it is their business? This is a store right? Wonder if the management knows how much business these rude cashiers have cost them?
7. Cashiers have been reported and have lost our business. They are way too busy NOT doing their jobs and nosy as well as rude to customers.
I worked in retail for a number of years and have to say that I never treated customers with so much disdain!! It is ridiculous! If it weren't for customers, these cashiers would not have a job!! Can someone tell them that?
