We have been having a problem with a green pool for over 3 weeks. Our pool is 19 years old and we have never had anything like this. We went to two other pool places, several times, they tested the water, everything fine, just add this,that..... After $500. in chemicals and still a bright green pool, my husband called Decca. Laura said to bring in a sample. Well this is the only company in the area that know ANYTHING!!!!! We had nitrates in our pool and all chemicals we were adding was just being neutralized. We swapped out the water(25,000 gallons) checked water,no nitrates, now we shocked it alot and today it is blue. Just like Laura said. Don't waste your time going to anyone else for any pool need. These folks are nice, knowledgeable and very kind. I should have know from what I had heard from other pool owners. DECCA is the BEST!!!!!

Have used Deca for 9 years now. They built our pool and have opened and closed and serviced it for the 9 years. We have been very happy and satisfied with the service. Highly recommend.
