When I lived in State College the tellers were always helpful and went out of their way to give the best customer service possible. Here, they are horrendous. Between the ignorance of the tellers and the insufficient abilities of the retail support to even bother to look for an answer you are much better served with any other bank in the area...and I do mean any other.

They make changes to your account without notifications.

They refuse to take responsibilities for their mistakes.

They will cost you hundreds in fees with their changes and not have word one of even apology. And when they are done they will insult your intelligence and tell you it is banking "regulations". I guess they are trained here to think or treat everyone like they are a farmers wife who has never lived or worked anywhere else in the world and or country and we all can our food.

While I do can my food now, I have also had the honor and privilege of working with real honest banks like bank of America, chase, wells fargo, etc who seem to have customer service at all branches. I highly recommend you go anywhere ...and I do mean anywhere...other than here. Stuffing your money in a mattress would produce better results than sovereign bank.
