Do not do business with this company over the phone if you are a renter looking to get a beach condo for vacation. One agent will say one thing to sell a rental, the others will not follow through. They are also terrible to deal with on the phone, one lady even hung up on me. If you are easily frustrated by being passed around on the phone and what you have to say ignored, this is not the company for you. They are the Straight Talk of the real estate world.
