This was our families first vacation in Emerald Isle, NC. It certainly will not be our last! Thanks to Island Essentials and their wonderfull staff, what might have been a terrible experiance turned into the best family vacation we have ever had. We rented a beutifull beach house months in advance. Since the holiday was also a semi-family reunion, we needed alot of space. When my husband and I arrived before any one else we did a walk thru. None of the beds were made up! There were zero towels, and not a crib in sight. Panic set in. What was going on? I thought all of these things were included. After a few emotional telephone calls, I had the number to Island Essentials. They saved the vacation!!! Within a few hours the delivery trucks were pulling into the drive way. Behind them; a car -load full of I.E.'s staff. Soon after, all our problems were solved. All of the beds were perfectly made, towels and linens were in every bathroom and two cribs popped up. I can't stress how professional and friendly EVERY staff member was. They really cared about my family and our vacation. I will be sure to tell every one I know to make one phone call to Island Essentials if they need any thing at all in the vacation department. Thank You Again!!!
