Terrible experience tonight 8/16/15. Called and placed a delivery order and was told it would be an hour wait. Fine. I would much rather wait an hour and support a local business. After an hour and 20 minutes, attempted to call. No answer. Called multiple times before (after almost 2 hours of waiting) getting an answer. I was told they were no longer taking orders for the night. I stated that I was not calling to place an order and that I'd already placed one almost 2 hours ago. At this point I was hung up on. I called back only to find a busy tone over and over. Very rude and very bad service. Would recommend michalangelos on the island.
