We have both of our daughters at EBI and our current 6th grader and 1st grader both started in pre-k. During the past 7 years of our experience at EBI, we have found the Spanish immersion IB program to be top-noch. EBI, like most schools has faced difficult challenges during the pandemic and is currently going through some staff transitions, which I feel will be a positive for the school overall. During the pandemic, I was excited to sit next to my 2nd grader at the time (she is now a rising 6th grader), and watch her engage in a virtual education that was interactive while providing language immersion and cultural exchanges. EBI was one of the first schools to have kids go back to classes in person during the pandemic and the school provided regular COVID testing and set up protocols to ensure our children/family's safety. The IB program offers a truly well-rounded education and prepares our children for to be great communicators, compassionate citizens and culturally inclusive individuals both in real-life and academic situations. We are grateful to have found EBI and plan on keeping our girls at this school until 8th grade.
